Free cancellation up to 90 day(s) before arrival, then 10% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 50% cancellation fee up to 5 day(s) before arrival, then 75% cancellation fee.

Cancellation after confirmation of booking results in forfeiture of the deposit.

CANCELLATION after the balance is paid ( 30 days prior to arrival ) results in forfeiture of any collected money, except the guest s security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable).

Collected money is non-refundable unless the home becomes unfit for habitation and no equivalent substitute can be obtained or the property and the entire length of stay reserved is re-booked at the same rate. If a portion of the rental time is re-booked at the same rate, a pro-rata refund will be made. All refunds of rental services payments, whether complete or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction equal to as much as 20% of deposit(s) paid.

To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to assure refund of deposits paid.
Any CHANGES made to a booking after a confirmation has been issued will be assessed a $50.00 service fee. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by and the homeowner.

This rental agreement is being entered into and shall be performed in the state of Hawaii, which shall be the proper venue for any legal proceedings concerning this agreement.
Affordable Paradise strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance, as this will be the only way to recover deposits made and other expenses incurred should a cancellation become necessary.
